What we’re building
A heat pump heats your home in the colder months and cools it in the warmer ones. SweetSpot is being built to plan and install these systems well, starting with homes in New York City and Nassau County.

Rebates and incentives
Heat pump projects may qualify for utility or state incentives. Eligibility depends on your home, your project and each program’s rules at the time. When we launch, we’ll walk you through what may apply before you decide.

We’re hiring
We’re looking for a Founding General Manager, Residential HVAC, to help build the operation from its first crew.
Lead the team, shape our installation standards, and work directly with the founders to build a company you’re proud to run.
$150,000–$180,000 annual base salary, based on experience, plus up to $60,000 in annual performance bonuses.
